Ultra Gamma Vitamin E
Emerging research is showing gamma-tocopherol to be the most important of the eight types of vitamin E and most commercial formulas don't have much of it. This new product from Designs for Health has 400 IUs of this most protective forms of vitamin E, plus 400 IU's of the more standard alpha-tocopherol as well. This is now my "go-to" Vitamin E product.
