Four Pillars Daily Supplement

This is a really innovative approach to complete basic supplementation. The four pillars are multivitamins, fatty acids (fish oil, omega 3's), antioxidants, and probiotics. They've conveniently put everything in blister packs, so all you do is take one blister pack a day and you're set.
