Our paleolithic ancestors got 50 to 75 grams a day, the American Cancer Society recommends 30 and most of us get a paltry 10 to 11. We need fiber supplements, and this one is excellent. Fiber is the number one supplement for weight loss, and has many other health benefits as well.
One Teaspoon = 5 grams of fiber or One Tablespoon = 15 grams of fiber
Suggested Use: 5 to 15 grams once or twice a day in 3 to 4 oz. of water or juice.
