Yes, There Are Anti-Aging Secrets

Hidden around the globe are little-known areas where residents routinely live to 100 and beyond.

And they don’t just survive- they thrive.


It’s not unusual to see a 94-year old woman milking cows at 5 in the morning, or an 87-year old man walking a flock of sheep up the hills. These folks have all their faculties, are remarkably healthy and- above all- remarkably happy.

These areas around the world have come to be known as “The Blue Zones”.

I wrote about the anti-aging secrets of these “Longevity Areas” in my book, “The Most Effective Ways to Live Longer.

What’s really interesting is that these anti-aging secrets are almost identical to the “secrets” of weight control, improved mood and increased energy!

For example, though the diets of the residents of these “Longevity Zones” are not identical, none of them eat processed food and all of them eat very little sugar!

Though virtually none of the residents of these “Longevity Zones” go to gyms- in fact, most of them have never seen a “gym” and wouldn’t know what it was if they happened to wander into one—every one of them stays active as part of their daily lives.

And while the residents of these “Longevity Zones” don’t know much about vitamin supplements, their diets contain high levels of the very nutrients I’ve been recommending for years—the same ones that are conspicuously low or lacking in our Western diet!

Most of us can’t go off and live on an idyllic Greek isle like Icaria which has the distinction of having the highest percentage of 90-year olds anywhere on the globe.

But we can eat unprocessed foods rich in nutrients, reduce stress with simple techniques, supplement our diet with high-quality nutritional supplements and find a way to get vigorous daily exercise!
