Try putting them in the freezer. When you take them very cold, it seems to solve this problem for almost everyone.

Also, make sure you're taking them with food.

And try taking digestive enzymes. You just might have a problem with fat digestion and a good digestive enzyme supplement, which will contain lipase (the enzyme needed to break down fat) may help.

Of course, i'm assuming you're already using a fresh high quality product- cheap fish oil is just as likely to be rancid as cheap fish. Don't skimp on this supplement.
